Short Statement: This collection is currently approved with 3,824,307 burden hours and 33,649,369 responses. These increases are from changes in the number of SFAs and schools participating in the program, resulting in an adjustment to this collection. As a result of this revision, FNS estimates that this collection will have 3,857,770 burden hours and 34,049,729 responses.
