Short Statement: The Commission is reporting adjustments/decreases in this information collection. Based on updated information from the U.S. Census Bureau and NENA, as well as a review of the number of Richardson filings the Commission has received in recent years, the total number of respondents decreased from 478 to 22 (- 456), the total number of responses decreased from 482 to 23 (- 459), and the total annual burden hours decreased from 1,554 to 70 (- 1,484). These adjustments/decreases are primarily due to a steep decline in the number of wireless carriers filing certifications under this information collection. There are no program changes.
