Short Statement: This is a new collection. The increase in burden occurred because OESE has determined that this information is necessary to ensure basic program requirements are met, identify areas of improvement for SEA program coordinators and directors, and focus technical assistance resources where they are needed the most to provide the best educational outcomes for the nation’s students and their families.
