Short Statement: This is a program change based on implementation of a pilot program. It is a new collection. The Department estimates an anticipated combined 30 respondents requiring a combined estimated total burden of 1,250 hours for the pilot project application and quarterly reporting of the selected institutions. The increase in burden is due to a new collection.
