Abstract:
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provision 252.232-70XX, Performance-Based Payments—Representation is prescribed at DFARS 232.1005-70(b) for use in solicitations where the resulting contract may include performance-based payments. Paragraph (b) of the provision requires the offeror to check a box indicating whether the offeror’s accounting system is in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting principles, as evidenced by audited financial statements.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
