Abstract:
DoJ's CJIS is requesting a PRA approval for an existing collection in use without an OMB control number utilized by authorized agencies to indicate on an individuals identity history that the ndividual is being supervised to ensure the supervisory agency is notified of any additional criminal activity. The form is also utilised by authorized agencies to submit information to advise the FBI that an individual is being transferred to a new locale.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
