Short Statement: There is no change in form. However, we are updating the records to include the recordkeeping burden associated with regulation section 1.148-5(d)(6)(iii), previously approved under OMB number 1545-1490 and 1545-1098. This will result in an increase in the estimates number of responses per year of 1,400 and a estimated burden increase of 1,425 hours.
