Abstract:
This is a non-substantive change request. The Hawaii Department of Agriculture (HDOA) has entered into a cooperative agreement with NASS to conduct the Tropical Specialties Survey for crop year 2018. HDOA requested to add banana acreage, production, and sales information for crop year 2018 to the Tropical Specialties Surveys.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
