Short Statement: The change in total burden is due to the finding that the actual 2016 SVS interviews were shorter than originally estimated. The time stamps for the 2016 data collection were used for the 2019 SVS burden estimates. Therefore there was an estimated decrease of 1,667 from the 8,055 hours previously requested in 2016.
