Short Statement: The majority of the previous burden estimate was based on one-time reviews, which are now completed, and being removed from FERC-725P1, giving the program reduction. Those one-time reviews included: • a one-time review of existing plant and substation sites to determine which ones fall under PRC-005-6 and • one-time review and adjustment of existing program for reclosing relays and associated equipment.
