Abstract:
CDC request OMB approval for a Reinstatement without change to the previously approved WISEWOMAN information collection. The data collected by the WISEWOMAN program are used to evaluate activities that are designed to improve public health practice, program performance, and assess program outcomes which are all aimed at reducing cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors among at-risk women and are the recipients of targeted interventions at the state, tribal, or local level funded by WISEWOMAN grants. The collection expiration date occurred before necessary approvals could be obtained.
