Abstract:
This is a request for an approval of a substantive change. The Office of Pest Management Policy (OPMP) and the Economic Research Service (ERS) have approached NASS asking to expand the Pest Management sections of the questionnaires for the ARMS II and the Fruit Chemical Use Survey for the 2019 data collection period.

A substantive change was made to the 2019 ARMS II and the Fruit Chemical Use Survey questionnaires to incorporate additional questions that are warranted by cooperative agreements with the Economic Research Service and the Office of Pest Management Policy.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
