USCIS is reporting an adjustment to the estimated annual time burden for this collection of information, as a result of an increase in the estimated number of respondents, as well as an adjustment to the estimated hour burden. The estimated hour burden per response has been increased to 0.25 hours, based upon a better estimation of the activity required to gather all documentation, read the instructions, and fill out the form (this accounts for the additional page on the information collection). Changes were made to the form and instructions. Please see draft documents and table of changes for additional information.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
