There was an increase in the burden hours that were reported based on the change from a 4-quarter period of performance to a 5-quarter period of performance. The estimates are based on actual Housing Counseling Training Grant Program awardee experience with the Training Grant NOFA. These charts do not affect how the housing counseling program is being administered.
