Short Statement: The total burden requested for this information collection request has decreased by 254,004 hours, and by 233 responses from the previously approved submission. The change in burden is due solely to adjustments that are delineated in the table provided in the answer to question number 15 of the attached Supporting Justification. Currently, the OMB inventory for this collection of information shows a burden total of 272,672 hours and 216,863 responses, while this updated submission reflects a total burden of 18,668 hours and 216,630 responses. Hence, there is a total burden decrease of 254,004 hours and 233 responses. There is no change in cost to respondents.
