Abstract:
The information is a mandatory disclosure submitted on a bi-annual basis by U.S.-flag carriers. The information is used by the Maritime Administration in determining Fair and Reasonable rates for the carriage of bulk and packaged agriculture preference cargoes on U.S.-flag commercial vessels. The data is held in confidence.
