Short Statement: Revision of 0920-1132 (PPMR) is requested to and add Attachments 1a-1e designed to provide respondents with the ability to respond to additional aspects of the evaluation process and to submit directly to Program Evaluators. This revision request adds approximately 4,000 annual Burden Hours to the approved collection.
