Short Statement: There is an adjustment decrease in the total estimated burden for Subpart NNN as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens; this decrease is not due to any program changes. The decrease in the burden is due to the removal of burden from startup, shutdown, and malfunction reporting requirements that were removed in the July 2015 rule. Therefore, there were decreases in the respondent labor hours and number of responses. Labor rates were updated for Subpart NNN. There is no change in the total estimated burden for Subpart PPP as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens.
