Abstract:
The Agency for International Development (USAID) is collecting this information from individuals and organizations to conduct screening to help ensure that USAID funds, USAID-funded activities, or other resources will not be used to provide support to entities or individuals deemed to be a risk to national security. To conduct vetting, USAID collects information from prospective awardees and subawardees regarding their directors, officers, and/or key employees.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
