Abstract:
The regulations at 30 CFR 250 stipulate the various requirements that must be submitted with an Application for Permit to Drill (APD), Revised APD, and its supplemental APD information sheet. The forms and the numerous submittals included with them are the subject of this collection.

The current OMB inventory for this collection includes 78,084 burden hours. In this submission, we are requesting a total of 77,937 burden hours. This represents an adjustment decrease of 147 burden hours. The adjustment decrease is due to re-estimating the average number of annual responses. The current OMB non-hour cost burden is $4,861,104. In this submission, we are requesting $4,400,470 in non-hour cost burden. This represents an adjustment decrease of $460,634. The adjustment decrease is due to re-estimating the average number of annual responses.
