Short Statement: The Commission has re-evaluated the burdens associated with this information collection since the last time this information collection was reviewed and approved by OMB and, therefore, makes the following adjustments: (a) The Commission’s estimate for the number of respondents has decreased by -9, from 78 to 69 respondents; (b) The Commission’s estimate for number of responses has increased by +175, from 3,631 to 3,806 responses; and (c) The Commission’s estimate for the total annual burden hours has decreased by -202, from 7,995 to 7,793 hours.
