Short Statement: Based on the Commission’s analysis of current and historical trends, there are adjustments/increases to this information collection. The Commission estimates that the total number of respondents will increase from 798 to 965, a difference of +167 respondents, the total number of responses will increase from 13,012 to 26,795, a difference of +13,783 responses, and the total annual burden hours increase from 25,006 to 53,590, a difference of +28,584 burden hours, from the last submission to OMB. There are no program changes.
