Short Statement: Numerous changes to the number of respondents, responses, burden time and cost due to respondent comments. In addition, an Information Collection, American Fisheries Act Annual Cooperative Report, was moved into this ICR from 0648-0401 in order to consolidate similar reports into the same collection and make updates for additional information requests from the Council easier to accommodate.
