Abstract:
NASS is requesting a non-substantive change to the sugarcane and sugarbeet questionnaire for crop years 2019, 2020, and 2021 (i.e., the duration of this clearance). In Dec. 2019 OMB approved a substantive change request to discontinue certain county estimate data collections. This submission is a continuation of that change to include the revised questionnaires for sugarcane and sugarbeets to remove the county level questions. No changes are being made to the methodology or sampling for either of these questionnaires just a reduction in respondent burden.
