Short Statement: There is a program change increase of +23 responses resulting in an increase of +14 burden hours. This increase is due to APHIS is now accounting for the compliance agreement that is signed with the NPPO foreign government respondents and limited permits issued from which were not included in the previous information collection. There is an adjustment decrease of -20 respondent and -19,686 responses, however, there is an increase of +442 burden hours. The increase is a result of a more accurate count of the number of irradiation facilities in compliance with APHIS and a more accurate count of burden activities.
