Abstract:
YHDP will support 10 communities, at least 4 of which will be rural, in the development and implementation of a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness, and share that experience communities around the country. YHDP targets unaccompanied youth, including parenting youth, where no member of the household is older than 24, and will include 3 components: 1) Site selection 2) Project application and 3)Community plan development.

This submission is to request a revision of a currently approved collection. This is a previous program with adjustments in the burden cost. The changes in burden cost are due to increase in the GS hourly pay rate from $36.75 to $49.19

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
