Short Statement: Since the previous approval, the number of annual respondents has decreased from 819 to 761 and the responses have increased. The increase is due to the increase in the number of diagnoses being submitted (which results from increases in MA enrollment). The number of diagnosis clusters increased significantly and the annual hours have increased from 40,650 total hours to 5,586,942 total hours. This iteration proposes burden adjustments which reflects updated data from 2016, 2017, and 2018.
