Short Statement:
The change (i.e., increase) in burden is an ADJUSTMENT. The primarily reasons for the change are the increase in the number of— • FRP planholders (i.e., respondents) from 1,300 to 1,770; and • SMFF resource providers (i.e., respondents) from 4 to 13. There is no proposed change to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating burden, remain unchanged.
