Short Statement: This is an existing collection, which is being adjusted to update the burdens and costs based on the actual number of liens recorded since the last approval of this collection by OMB in 2017. Since then, the number of liens recorded at the Board has decreased from 1,831 to 1,750. The non-hourly costs were removed as outdated.
