Short Statement: The annual burden information reported in number 13 increased since the last submission due to an increase in applications compared to the last submission. Fiscal years 2017 and 2018 saw substantial increased activity due to Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. This type of increased activity is expected every four to five years, on average.
