Short Statement: The form in this collection is used to request payment of an Armed Forces Leave Bond or check issued under Section 6 of the Armed Forces Leave Act of 1946, as amended. Bonds of this type are no longer issued, and the inventory of unredeemed bonds continues to diminish. Therefore, a reduction of 1,200 burden hours is a program change due to agency discretion for a total of 50 hours.
