Short Statement: The Department is requesting an extension of the current OMB approval. The new total burden hours of 76 represents a decrease in 799 burden hours (875-76 = 799). There has been a significant decrease in the number of responses due to the decrease in the number of respondents and the shrinking size of the HEAL portfolio.
