Abstract:
This is a non-substantive change request to modify the Corn, Cotton, and Soybean Objective Yield Form A's. Due to the COVID-19 virus, the Form A's which are normally conducted in a face to face interview with the farmer, will now be conducted by telephone. Some minor wording changes needed to be made to the questionnaire to facilitate this change.
