Short Statement: This change request includes an increase of 11,100 responses and 16,935 burden hours since our last submission. This increase is due in part to the anticipated influx of Section 515 streamlined workout agreements and deferral requests due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Also, the Agency has included the new request for forbearance and forbearance agreement written forms for Section 538 borrowers.
