Abstract:
The G-1552 is created to collect information via Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program regarding actions that agencies adjudicating federal means-tested public benefits take to (1) deem sponsor income as part of applicant income for purposes of federal means-tested benefits eligibility and (2) seek reimbursement from sponsors for the value of federal means-tested public benefits provided to sponsored applicants.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
