Short Statement: This is a new ICR associated with a new emergency rulemaking. The new reporting requirements are being imposed on regulated entities; the FAA is asking these entities to submit their plans to mitigate any reduction in safety resulting from extensions to deadlines and other flexibilities being provided in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
