Short Statement: The burden decreased because the RRB no longer uses Form ES-2, Central Register Notification, to collect basic employment service. The RRB proposes to obsolete Form ES-2 which decreased the total respondents by 3,750, from 11,325 to 7,575 and the total burden hours have by 10, from 953 to 943.
