Abstract:
This is a request for an approval of a non-substantive change for the ARMS II surveys for Rice and Corn. A question relating to a new insurance program for hurricane damage was accidentally omitted from the current approval. There is no changes to the burden or sample sizes due to this change.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
