Short Statement: The currently approved OMB inventory is 7,800 burden hours for this collection of information. This submission requests 5,998 burden hours. The adjustment decrease of -1,802 hours is due to re-estimating the average number of annual responses received by BSEE under §§ 250.1301(a), 250.1303, and 250.1304 based on the number of responses the program received during the clearance period. The currently approved OMB non-hour cost burden is $195,757. This submission requests $149,836. The net amount results in a decrease of -$45,921. This is due to re-estimating the number of annual responses received from industry for the same sections listed above.
