Short Statement: The estimated average number of burden hours per response is adjusted to 200 hours. This is an 120-hour increase above the previous (FY 2017) estimate of 80 hours per response. After consultation with a sampling of current respondents and our taking into consideration that the previous PRA estimate of 80 hours (ten 8-hr business days) was not a realistic number of hours for respondents to complete this information collection (grant application), we increased the average estimate to 200 hours (25 8-hr business days).
