Terms of Clearance:
During the Public Health Emergency declared for COVID-19, VA shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulation, accept electronic signatures and shall submit an appropriate non-material/non-substantive change request to Form 20-10206 within 15 days of approval. VA may submit a non-material/non-substantive change to require wet signatures after the expiration of the Public Health Emergency declared in response to COVID-19. In its next revision, reinstatement, or extension request, VA shall modify in each of these three forms the statement "Your obligation to respond is voluntary" to "Your response is required to obtain or retain a benefit."

Abstract:
VA Form 20-10206 is used by claimants to request access to Federal agency records as long as the record is not exempt from release by one of nine FOIA exemptions. VA Form 20-10207 is used by claimants to notify VA of an urgent or immediate need due to change in status or circumstance for priority processing of claim. VA Form 20-10208 is used to identify and associate additional evidence or information in support of claim.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
