Short Statement: The Commission is reporting an adjustment to this collection because CAF Phase II auction winning bidders have been announced. As a result of this adjustment, the total respondents decreased from 400 total respondents to 130 (-270), the total annual responses decreased from 800 responses to 260 (-540), and the total annual burden hours decreased from 5,600 to 1,820 (-3,780). The Commission is also reporting a program change to this collection due to the implementation of the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund auction. As a result of this program change, the total respondents increased from 130 to 530 (+400), the total annual responses increased from 260 responses to 1,060 (+800), and the total annual burden hours increased from 1,820 to 7,420 (+5,600).
