Short Statement: The decrease in burden hours for rule 22d-1 is attributable to a decrease in the estimated number of respondents from 4,509 to 4,098, despite an increase in the hourly wage for a compliance attorney from $340 to $368 per hour. The decrease in the estimated number of respondents is the result of an adjustment in the estimated number of funds that currently issue redeemable securities that carry a sales load.
