Short Statement: There is a program change increase of +812 responses resulting in an increase of +142 burden hours with merger of information collection 0579-0323. The burden for this information collection is greatly reduced; APHIS is maintaining it largely as a placeholder as it intends to discontinue this program after 2020. There is in adjustment decrease of -185,703 responses and an increase of +27,774 in burden hours. Fewer States and businesses are undertaking garbage feeding in light of recent disease concerns. While interstate shipments of swine appear to have remained steady, incidences of, and concerns about, PRV infection appear to have decreased.
