Short Statement: There has been an increase in respondents of DD Form 2627 and 2628 from 42 to 50 respondents. Respondent burden has increased to $72,900. DD Form 3062 has been added to the collection to replace DCMA Form 644, but it is an identical in format. This has increased the public respondent burden by $70,200. This has also increased cost to the Federal Government by $18,096.
