Executive Order (EO) 13780, “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States” directs the implementation of a uniform baseline of screening and vetting standards and procedures, which requires the proper collection of all information necessary for a rigorous evaluation of all grounds of inadmissibility or bases for the denial of other immigration benefits
