Short Statement: There has been a reduction of information being collected. However, the number of respondents for FEMA Form 089-24 and 089-25 increased because the number of eligible applicants increased. In prior years, nonprofit organizations had to be located with a Urban Area Security Initiative-designated urban area, eligibility has since expanded so nonprofits regardless of location may apply.
