Abstract:

Short Statement:
The Board bases its estimated number of responses on the average number of actual filings over the previous three years. For Complaints, the average number of filings for fiscal years 2017-2019 decreased to four filings per year from the five filings per year for years 2014-2016. Thus, the number of complaints decreased from five to four.
