Terms of Clearance: AHRQ shall modify the reference to the Veterans Administration in the "Survey of Primary Care Clinicians about Opioid Use among Older Adults" to "Veterans Health Administration" or "Department of Veterans Affairs." AHRQ shall also add to this collection, either in the PRA disclosure statement or where Privacy is discussed at the beginning of forms, a citation to its authority under the Public Health Service Act to pledge confidentiality, as required by 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3)(v).
