Short Statement: ACF has updated the burden estimates to reflect the appropriate respondent. The burden estimate in the previously approved request was based on the children in foster care as the respondent instead of the title IV-E agency completing the case plan on the children. The burden estimates, therefore, have been adjusted accordingly.
